presented its annual celebration of bringing you "Your Choice. Your
Music." live and loud last November 12 with MYX Mo! 2013 with an
estimated 12,000 in attendance.
On a huge year for the music industry, MYX brought together over forty
of today's best acts in the music scene. The likes of Wolfgang,
Rivermaya, Parokya ni Edgar, Chicosci, Callalily, Moonstar88, Never
the Strangers, Save Me Hollywood, Rico Blanco, Rocksteddy, Gloc 9,
Karylle, and many more took on the stage to create what was this
year's biggest event in music.
In light of the country's current crisis after typhoon Yolanda hit
Philippine shores, the proceeds of MYX Mo! 2013 went to the relief
operations of ABS-CBN Foundation's Sagip Kapamilya Campaign. From
ticket sales alone, MYX Mo! 2013 was able to generate close to
P400,000.
All participating artists also expressed their support in this move,
with many encouraging the audience that night to participate in
donations to the super-typhoon's victims around the archipelago.
